this area for the past 30 years. First, without children and then, when the children
came, as a family. For us the area has meant a lot. The sun, the warmth of both
people and the climat, and the culture as a whole has given us so much knowledge
about everything.

As a family, we are and have been very active in nature and outdoor activities. We
think that the distance from slightly larger cities is good, as we can partake in the
variety of activities that are there, but also that here we have got the peace and

mountain biking. With road cycling you easily get out into the beautiful Andalusian
countryside, while with mountain biking you cycle on more dramatic trails in beautiful
nature reserve areas.

Properties in our areas are usually very close to the nice beaches that have clear and
fresh water, where we have snorkeled, kayaked and also fished.
As we are and have previously been residents of the area, we know many of the
locals. We have thus made many Spanish friends, who have included us in their
Christmas celebrations and other Spanish holidays and traditions.
