Ivar Englund is my name, swede from the south of the country with more than 30 years of professional experience in Spain, mostly in hotel management but since 2016 with Fastighetsbyrån here in Costa Blanca.

Meetings between people are fascinating and when you are allowed to share experiences to help others you also grow personally - the real estate industry gives me just that very gratifying opportunity.

I live north of Alicante up in the mountains and enjoy both the surrounding nature and the sea. I do bicycling, both road and MB, and I really like to divulge myself among all the excellent restaurants on offer in this beautiful area - sundays there is often paella on the menu!
