About me

If you want to do business with the Rookie of the Year, who is also overall responsible for Fastighetsbyrån in Lagos, I am the one you should contact.

In 1986, Vendela and I went by train to Lagos. We fell in love with the place and chose to stay for over three weeks, the rest of Europe didn't feel as interesting anymore.

My plan was to move to Portugal to enjoy life, take the days as they come. For just over a year, everyday life consisted of hiking, cycling, padel and excursions to different places. Realized that this was not quite what I was looking for. I missed working and when Fastighetsbyrån advertised for real estate agent/franchisees/partners, I applied for the job. On September 1, 2022, I started as a real estate agent and at the turn of the year 2023/2024, I took over as owner and franchisee.

I have worked in business all my life, mostly in the media industry. For the past 11 years, I was a partner in a company that works with sponsorships in sports, media and events. We represented SVT Sport (the Swedish public service television), the Swedish Biathlon Federation, Got Event/Gothenburg Horse Show and Live Nation/Sweden Rock Festival to name a few clients.

In my current job, I will have the opportunity to help our clients realize their dreams of living on the beautiful Algarve coast. I appreciate meetings with people from all countries of the world and always do my best to find the accommodation the customer dreams of. A successful housing transaction is based on trust and that you succeed in finding the balance between the selling and buying customer. When both parties are satisfied, I have done a good job.
